Phone Case Review

Everyone needs a phone case for their phone.  Whether you want to think that or not, that is a fact.  The amount of security I feel when it is on is so much better than that feeling of dropping it.  However, you also need a phone case that represents you.  So I will be telling you about my new favorite phone case and where you can get it.  First off, here is the link.  This phone case will give you that personal vibe that you are feeling.  It will let everyone know that you are a lifter.  As well as this, this case is strong and will compete with the top brands of phone cases like otter boxes.  As well as this, this phone case is for the iPhone 11 pro, but there are other cases in the store.

You need to get this phone case fast because I do not know how long we will be offering this product.  This might be a limited-time item and get it before it is too late.  Also, my personal favorite color is white so what is better than a white phone case with the simplicity of writing.  The case says "Get up and Start Lifting" which I am trying to make a catchphrase for this blog.  If this phrase is not for me, there are also other cases that are just plain white.  However, I recommend getting the case that will give you the phrase as well.

When should I do cardio?

One thing that I have never agreed with when it comes to the fitness "experts" is when you should do your cardio workout.  Many of them say that you should do your strength or weight training and then perform your cardio workout.  However, I have done both cardio before weights and cardio after weights and I feel that one is a lot better than the other.  I am easily on the side of waking up in the morning going outside and getting a nice jog in.  I noticed when I performed cardio first, that I felt more energized during my strength training and I also felt more awake.  If I just started doing strength training, I felt myself being tired and losing focus easily.  As well as that, when I performed my cardio first, I thought of it as a way to stretch out my entire body.  It loosens you up and you will feel a lot more ready for whatever else you have planned for the day.   So basically, I am saying that I completely disagree with the people...

My story about Exercising Again and How I overcome the difficulties in front of me

This post is going to be a little bit different and tell the story of what happened to me and why I started to exercise.  I hope my story will push you to work out or show you how it is possible to lose weight. I think it is important to mention that in High School, I was always playing sports or working out so when Covid first hit I did not know what to do.  I was in college and was liked in our apartment with nothing to do.  So what do all college kids do?  We were playing video games all day and then on the weekends would start to drink.  These two things do not go well with each other when you are not having any sort of physical activity.  So, this was on for a few months, and I hadn't noticed any change until I stepped on the scale.  This was the heaviest I have ever been in my life and I was in really good shape at one point and was very muscular.  So I knew I had to do something about this.  Two things really motivated me to work...

Personal Interview with a Role Model For Me

I think that most of the time we do not look at our friends as role models or someone to look up to, but rather as peers or equals.  However, this is different for me with one of my friends who I asked a few questions.  This is the guy that got me started on my workout journey and is even more dedicated than me and knows about every ingredient of every food that he puts into his body.  So for this blog, I am interviewing my friend Nick. The first question that I asked was, "Do you have any tips for people that are trying to get into working out?" Nick answered, " I tried to have someone go with me at first.  It was hard to have the motivation every day to get up and go do something so I defiantly recommend having someone to do it with.  Another thing was just figuring out what worked for me.  I am the type of person that really enjoyed getting up early and that way I could be done for the day.  At first, I couldn't lift heavy weights or run 2 miles but...
