In this article, I will argue for both sides of this topic and want to hear what you guys have to say about it as well. I will lay out the benefits of why I believe each side is better and will not take one side over the other. To start, let's talk about why Calisthenics is better. Firstly, I want to describe what calisthenics is: it is pretty much bodyweight workouts requiring many compound movements. Calisthenics is better because it requires little to no equipment and you can save a lot of money by doing this.
