About Me

Hello, I am Muscleman and I am writing this blog to help people get started on their fitness journey.  I am a 21-year-old college student.  I am writing this blog because I know that going to a public gym can be daunting for the first time and many people want to work out in the privacy of their own homes.  Also, you might just have no idea where to start.  I would spend hours searching and reading tons of different articles and still feel like I didn't know where to start.  So this blog will be the place where you can get all that information in one place.  Whether you need to find out about a workout plan, or just some exercises or workouts to get you started.  I plan to cover everything from what time I felt was most beneficial for me to work out to different types of exercises that worked for me.  This is my first time writing a blog so it might not be the best at the start but I am willing to listen to any suggestions.  I just like you did not know where to start but have been working out for almost two years now.  In my first year, I lost over thirty pounds and started noticing changes in my body, energy, and confidence.  Throughout this journey, I wanted to prove that I did not need a gym, just a few pieces of equipment like a jump rope, bench, dumbbells, and resistance bands.  To contact me, please email fitnessanytime16@gmail.com

Phone Case Review

Everyone needs a phone case for their phone.  Whether you want to think that or not, that is a fact.  The amount of security I feel when it is on is so much better than that feeling of dropping it.  However, you also need a phone case that represents you.  So I will be telling you about my new favorite phone case and where you can get it.  First off, here is the  link .  This phone case will give you that personal vibe that you are feeling.  It will let everyone know that you are a lifter.  As well as this, this case is strong and will compete with the top brands of phone cases like otter boxes.  As well as this, this phone case is for the iPhone 11 pro, but there are other cases in the store.   You need to get this phone case fast because I do not know how long we will be offering this product.  This might be a limited-time item and get it before it is too late.  Also, my personal favorite color is white so what is better than a white phone case with the simplicity of writing.  The c
